Follow these easy steps to create a cute holder for your CD's or DVD's.
Building The Cover
- Trim two pieces of mat
board to 6" x 6".
- Trim two pieces of
patterned paper
to 8" x 8".
- Glue mat board to the
center of the patterned paper.

- Use a craft knife to cut
corners of the patterned paper.
- Fold the edges in and
glue down.

- Trim
cardstock to 6" x 6" and glue to
the inside of the mat board
cover
- Measure and punch holes
in the cover.
- Embellish.
Building The Inside Pages
- Trim cardstock to
12" x 6" and fold in half – you’ll need as many of these as the number of pages
that you want to include in the album.
- Cover with
patterned paper. I used two different ones for each page but kept them the same
throughout the book. The smaller strip is 2" x 12" and the larger is 4" x 12".
- Cut or use a
large circle punch to make ½ circle on the top half of the page, in the larger
pattern – this helps you to pull the CD out of the pocket.
- Trim a piece of
patterned paper to 2" x 6" of the same pattern as the 2" x 12" and glue to the
inside of the page, underneath where the half circle was cut.
- Machine or
hand stitch along the seam of the patterned papers.
- Glue top and left
side together. Machine or hand stitch along the bottom edge and the left side.

- Measure and
punch holes on the top.
- Attach book
together using coil binding or binder rings.
